Very happy with price delivery & product would definitely recommend

totally different to previous mattresses needs getting used to delivery was very poor emma customer service was brilliant sorting out delivery drivers lazy outlook on work

Definitely recommend this mattress, thought my old one was comfy Emma beat it hands down.

Comfortable mattress, it’s a little thin but it’s worth the price.

I’ve had my mattress now for about 7 weeks and I have to say that it gets more comfortable with use. The mattress is firm especially when newly opened and it’s got quite a strong odour that can be a little off putting. The first few weeks it felt like I was hovering over the mattress rather than comfortably lying on it. Now though the mattress is sublimely comfortable we’ve adjusted to each other and I sleep deeply and peacefully. Would recommend you try one just don’t expect it to be perfect immediately but don’t give up it certainly improves.

Comfortable, but not outstanding.

This review isn't about the mattress as we haven't received it but about the service. We were given a date for delivery. We have waited in all day and have literally just at 20.35 had notification that our delivery has been changed now to a further two days away. All day the notification on delivery has said our order was in transit and on time. I'm disgusted.

We have slept on our King size mattress for just over one year. A very uncomfortable ridge has appeared in the middle of our mattress and both my wife and I are experiencing back problems as a result of dips to the sides.
Really not good for people who prefer a cooler mattress as my wife has consistently woke up in a pool of sweat, even during the winter. Stuck with a mattress now that we can't afford to replace!

Excellent all-round mattress, ticks all the boxes, don't hesitate to invest in a good night's sleep!

I did extensive research on what memory foam mattresses and Emma kept coming up so we decided to give it ago. Unfortunately it wasn't for us. It was definitely a firm mattress which in noway was a medium-to firm. Caused us more back and hip problems than it helped. I couldn't tolerate it more than 3 weeks.
I was impressed with the service of delivery and once we arranged the pick up so I can't fault that in anyway. Quick refund as well.
